How do I identify my TipLead?
Identify your TipLead by entering all of the contact information that you know about the person looking for or requiring services. Please note that this is not YOUR information unless YOU are the lead.
Why do I need to enter contact information for my lead?
Contact information is needed for leads to be deemed of value, if there is no way to contact this person then it is not considered a TipLead because there is no way for a potential buyer to make contact.

The TipLead Company Name is the actual name of the company that is seeking service. If your TipLead is an individual and not a company, then you will not enter a TipLead Company Name.

The Title of TipLead Contact is the title of the position for the contact person of the lead. For business leads, there is generally one person at a business that will initiate/address the need, this may be the person that disclosed the need, or this may be ther person that will ultimately make the decision on the lead.

Why do I need to give my TipLead a confidence rating?
You are asked to give your TipLead a confidence rating to help determine value to the buyer. A TipLead that has a confidence rating of a 10 will be much more valuable than a lead rated at a 4, and this will help you to determine value as well.
How should I rate my lead's confidence rating?
Leads are rated on a scale of 1-10, if your TipLead information was obtained 2

Keep in mind that you are not personally referring the winner of the auction to your TipLead, you are simply telling them the contact information of a person who is inquiring or in need of a particular service. It is recommended that the auction winner contact your TipLead just as they would any lead and not as a referral stating that they got the information from a friend/neighber/etc.

No, but you can Re-Auction the TipLead, and once you do that, we will send a notification to everyone that bid previously and who was watching the auction to notify them that it is back up for auction.
The person that won my TipLead Auction did not pay by the 48 hours payment deadline. Can I repost this TipLead for auction?
Yes, if payment has not been collected on your TipLead auction within the 48 hour time frame you can re-auction your lead.
After posting my TipLead for Auction, I realized that it may be worth more than I thought. Can I change the Buy Now price that I set, or can I set a Minimum Price after posting it for auction?
You may only edit your TipLead IF the auction has not begun yet. For example, if you chose to have your TipLead auction begin at a later date/time, then you may edit it up until the time that the auction becomes live and biddable. Once the auction is live, then the only thing that you can change is the Re-Auction option for the TipLead.
What happens after the TipLead is paid for?
Once the payment process is complete, you will see the payment in you’re my Account page, and you can chose to have a check for your Account balance mailed to you in the next check cycle.
